Concertina razor wire is manufactured as a double helical tangle of two sections of razor wire. Razor wires are connected with special metal connectors (from 3 to 5 connectors for a single coil depending on razor wire diameter). After extension and assembly, Concertina creates a high stiffness and durability space structure. In order to move such a structure it must be cut in at least three points. Concertina razor wires are manufactured from all barbed wire profiles.

Flat wrapped razor wires are manufactured from barbed wire coils clamped into a flat panel formation. Flat wrapped razor wire is fitted on top of fence mesh and is used to strengthen fencing construction, usually made of standard metal mesh. Flat wrapped coils are less "aggressive" than Concertina, they do not extend beyond the fencing and are less threatening to an outsider. When installed onto an existing structure it effectively reduces chances of climbing and cutting.

Spiral razor wire is a coil made of a single section of razor wire. It is possible while using the MEDIUMBARB razor wire profile, which is characterised by increased stiffness and resilience. Such a solution is more economical than Concertina razor wire, but it is also easier to breach because coils are neither connected nor tangled. Spiral razor wire is manufactured of ULTRABARB and SHORT-ULTRA profile.

Welded razor wire mesh with the ULTRA blade profile is a high quality, modern, very effective hot-dip galvanized fencing used to secure areas with increased security requirements and surveillance or areas of limited access: military bases, police departments, military proving grounds, airports, prisons and industrial areas. Razor wire mesh can exist as a single fencing or as an element of complex barriers which consist of Concertina razor wire.

Concertina razor wire and razor wire mesh connectors are high quality, hot-dip galvanized elements used to connect Concertina razor wires. Connectors join single coils and can also be used to connect single razor wires into more complex barriers. They are made of hot-dip galvanized steel. A special crimping tool for clamping the connectors is available in the EUROBARB offer.

Concertina razor wire assembly protective gloves are high quality protective gloves designed to protect hands against injuries while contacting razor wire fitted with very sharp blades. EUROBARB supplies them in sets of one pair.

The Concertina razor wire and barbed wire crimping tool is a high quality device designed to ensure proper installation of the connectors which join single razor wire coils into more complex barriers that are harder to breach. EUROBARB supplies it per unit.

EUROBARB profile residential fencing is welded from closed steel profiles and finished with a welded ornament: a spear head or another element chosen by the customer. The whole panel is hot-dip galvanized to EN ISO 1461 and, on request, powder coated in a RAL colour.

EUROBARB industrial panel fencing is spot welded at our own line in Kalisz, in two strength standards. All panels are hot-dip galvanized to EN ISO 1461 and, on request, powder coated to the RAL palette. Our multi point welding machine lets us build a panel to the customer specification, from various wire thicknesses and with various mesh sizes.

EUROBARB sports facility fencing is made from type P or type D system panels with a standard 50 x 200 mm mesh or an enlarged 100 x 200 mm mesh, and posts from an 80 x 40 mm profile. A typical sports fence is 4 metres high; a different dimension can also be produced in line with the project.

EUROBARB industrial entrance gates are produced in four construction variants: swing and sliding, each with a panel or a profile infill. All of them are prepared for the installation of electromechanical operators and protected by hot-dip galvanizing to EN ISO 1461.

EUROBARB wicket gates are matched to panel and profile fencing, so that the entrance looks like part of the run. Every wicket gate leaves the plant hot-dip galvanized to EN ISO 1461 and fitted with a lock with a patent cylinder.

EUROBARB construction site fencing is temporary fencing made of a panel filled with T 18 trapezoidal sheet. It is produced as standard in a galvanized version with a galvanized sheet infill. On customer request we also offer a powder coated version.

EUROBARB field mesh fencing works where a large industrial site has to be enclosed at a low cost: storage yards, warehouse areas and green areas of a plant. We use field mesh 200/17/30 from Ø 2.8/2.0 mm wire, protected by hot-dip galvanizing to EN ISO 1461.

EUROBARB chain link fencing mesh is supplied as a complete set: mesh, PVC coated tension wire, tensioners, eyelets, fixing clamps, posts and mounting accessories. Steel parts are hot-dip galvanized to EN ISO 1461 and powder coated to RAL 6024.

EUROBARB terrace railings are welded to measure in Kalisz, to the investor project or to our own shop drawing. The structure is corrosion protected and powder coated across the full RAL palette, so the railing keeps its colour despite constant exposure to rain and sun.

EUROBARB balcony railings are produced in series covering a whole facade, so that every balcony in the building looks identical. We make them from steel, to the architect drawing or to a pattern agreed with the investor, and powder coat them in the chosen RAL colour.

EUROBARB stair handrails are installed at the entrances to residential and public buildings. We bend and grind tubes and profiles in our own workshop in Kalisz, so the curves and joints come out smooth and the whole handrail looks like a single element once powder coated.

EUROBARB ramp railings are built for accessibility ramps and technical ramps. We match the structure to the gradient of the ramp and to the required handrail height, then apply corrosion protection and a powder coat.

EUROBARB indoor railings with a simple straight form go into staircases, mezzanines and galleries in office and residential buildings. We weld them in Kalisz from steel profiles and tubes, grind the welds and finish them with a powder coat in the colour agreed with the investor.

EUROBARB road barriers separate pedestrian traffic from the carriageway at pedestrian crossings, bus stops and car parks. We make them from galvanized steel tubes, powder coated in white and red or in another colour scheme indicated by the road authority.

EUROBARB bridge barriers are built to the project documentation of the structure, keeping the post spacing, height and anchoring method specified by the designer. The structures are welded in our welding shop and then corrosion protected.
