Powder coating of steel, galvanized and aluminium parts with a 36-month warranty on the finish.
EUROBARB specialises in powder coating of steel, galvanized and aluminium parts. Coating takes place in a two station paint booth using WAGNER electrostatic equipment. We guarantee short lead times and a high quality paint finish for 36 months.
Surface preparation
Surfaces are prepared for coating by chemical treatment (phosphating) and hot-dip galvanizing. The galvanizing bath measures (length x width x depth) 13000 x 1600 x 3300 mm.
Coating and curing
Powder paints are applied electrostatically using a KORONA type gun. Coated parts are cured in an oven measuring (length x width x height) 7000 x 1000 x 2700 mm. We coat not only in standard colours but also, on customer request, across the whole RAL palette and in various finishing effects.
